About 10 tomatillos, 2 poblano peppers, 8 oz pickled jalapenos, one decent bunch of cilantro, juice of one fresh large lime, one large sweet onion, smoked on the traeger, hit with a map gas torch, softened in the broiler blended with salt to taste. Simple elegant and delicious 🌶️💋🩷

Good work. I will say though, the chicken bouillon isn’t necessary. I like the more fresh taste though. I also would dice the avocado and add to the sauce instead of blending it all together. Same with some of the onion, adding in after blending gives good texture. The tortilla chips I won’t speak about but for the work you did I would have sought out a better chip. It’s a struggle though so I understand, last time I made guac the store was all out of good chips. Sad day for me it was lol I would also add fresh jalapeno if available. The pickley/acidic taste should come from the lime, in my opinion.

So what is the purpose of the map gas torch?

I just noticed, you forgot to mention the avocado in your ingredients. Not a huge offense though cause it looks absolutely divine regardless. Keep it snobby!

Damnnnn I wish we had those kind of tortilla chips here in México, more salsa = more yummyness with each bite ;/
